1. What AstroNiyati is

AstroNiyati is operated by NYRA Astro Flow Private Limited. We provide Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Tarot, Lal Kitab and personalised remedy guidance through Niyati AI, an AI system, delivered as a written answer over WhatsApp. Niyati AI is not a human astrologer and does not simulate being one. A random sample of readings is reviewed for quality after delivery — this is a quality process, not a promise that every reading is reviewed before it reaches you.

The website provides general Panchang and current-sky information, editorial rashi reflections, simple local numerology tools, a Vastu self-check and an optional free Tarot reflection experience. Personal charts, matching and personalised remedy analysis are discussed on WhatsApp. It does not create an account, activate a plan or process payment; every paid plan is activated and paid for inside WhatsApp. A web Tarot reading does not add WhatsApp credits or change the one-free-question-per-number offer. Tarot interpretations and traditional birth-date themes are for reflection, not verified predictions or measured personality facts. Local saving is optional and explained in our Privacy Policy.

Remedy follow-up scope

Follow-up on the same remedy is included for the period agreed in the WhatsApp guidance. New concerns are separate questions. This does not extend a question plan into an unlimited property, naming or ritual audit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law to use AstroNiyati. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

One free question is available per verified WhatsApp number. Prices shown are final and GST inclusive. Payment for a paid plan is collected through a secure payment link or payment request shared inside your WhatsApp conversation — never through the website. There is no wallet, no recharge, no auto-renewal and no per-minute meter. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request a refund.

4. Nature of the guidance — please read carefully

Guidance from Niyati AI is based on traditional Vedic astrology, numerology and, where relevant, Vastu, Tarot and Lal Kitab interpretations, generated by an AI system and periodically sample-reviewed by our team. It is offered for personal reflection and general guidance only. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional in those fields. We do not guarantee any outcome — including outcomes relating to marriage, career, money, health or relationships.

Niyati AI will not provide, and you should not ask for:

• predictions about death, end-of-life timing, or medical diagnosis;
• guidance in a self-harm or crisis situation — if you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or helpline immediately;
• legal strategy or investment instructions;
• analysis of an identifiable third party who has not consented to it.

If your question touches any of the above, Niyati AI will decline or redirect the conversation rather than answer it.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate details (such as birth date, time and place) where you want them used in your analysis — inaccurate input can only produce a less useful answer.
• Use one WhatsApp number, verified as yours, per free question — the free-question offer is limited to one per verified number and may not be claimed repeatedly through different numbers in bad faith.
• Do not use the service to analyse another identifiable person without that person's consent.
• Use the service lawfully and not for harassment, stalking, or any purpose intended to harm yourself or another person.

6. Intellectual property

The AstroNiyati name, brand and website content belong to NYRA Astro Flow Private Limited. The written analysis and any PDF we deliver to you are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use; you may not resell, redistribute or publicly republish a reading we generated for you without our written permission. Your question and the details you share remain yours.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or WhatsApp number;
• scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying method or model behind Niyati AI;
• resell access to the service or readings generated through it;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defraud or harm any person.

We may suspend or refuse service to any WhatsApp number we reasonably believe is being used in breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Guidance from AstroNiyati is advisory and reflective in nature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRA Astro Flow Private Limited is not liable for any decision you make, or outcome you experience, based on guidance received from Niyati AI. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a specific plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NYRA Astro Flow Private Limited harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or stop providing the service to you, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, attempted fraud, or misused the free-question offer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Continuing to use AstroNiyati after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Grievance Officer, governing law and disputes

For any grievance regarding the service, contact our Grievance Officer, Kirit Raja, on WhatsApp at +91 85912 48534 — that is the fastest route and the one we operate — or in writing at support@astroniyati.in (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST). There is no walk-in office; the registered address below is a registered office only. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
